Olutayo has a master’s degree in Human Resources and Career Change Management and a first degree in Information Technology.

A Master Practitioner Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), a Certified Counselor from International Institute of Faith Based Counseling (IIFBC) Texas.

Olutayo has a wealth of experiences working with companies, families, couples, intending couples, and individuals. He has a warm personality, is highly confidential, and non-judgmental, and has worked with people adjusting to change, victims of domestic violence and trauma, people experiencing anxiety and depression, people experiencing work and family stresses, persons with mental health issues, and people wanting to better understand their emotions and experience personal growth.

He is the Head of the Counseling Ministry of Daystar Christian Centre and a member of the Family Life Unit. He is the principal consultant at Leading Factor Concept International and the Lead Therapist at Family and Behavioral Change Centre. Olutayo uses a variety of techniques to help companies build great mindset to impact greatly on the vision of their organisations, help individuals push for new boundaries, clarify goals, take steps toward personal growth, gain new perspectives, and experience resolution of conflicts and concerns.
