She is the president of real Women International Inc., Atlanta, Georgia and the founder, The Real Woman Foundation, Nigeria, which shelters and trains trafficked and abused ladies, and the Love Home Orphanage.

Pastor Nike Adeyemi holds her annual Breathe with Nike Adeyemi Retreat in locations around the world. She is a Co-founder of Daystar Christian Center. She and her husband, Sam are parents of three amazing young adults.
